Prior to joining X1, John Waller acted as Managing Director of the New Ventures Group for Idealab. Waller founded Green Thumb Ventures,
an incubator and investment company that funds and develops seed level internet and technology enterprises. Mr. Waller also co-founded
Resume.com where he served as CEO and President. At Resume.com he developed strategic partnerships and negotiated the sale of the
company to Adecco S.A., the largest staffing company in the world. Before starting Resume.com, Waller co-founded Interactive Imaginations,
the predecessor to 24/7 Real Media. Mr. Waller began his career on Wall Street, joining Bull and Bear in New York City. He received his
undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
Mr. Waller is a frequent guest speaker and panelist at seminars, conferences and universities, speaking on the topics of entrepreneurship, venture capital and angel investing. |

Christopher Walton, Vice President of Products and Strategy

A software industry professional with over 15 years experience in technology management and marketing, with a focus on search and knowledge management, Christopher is responsible for product direction and strategy at X1. Prior to joining X1 in 2004, Christopher spent more than six years and held a variety of Senior Product Management roles at Vignette Corporation where he was responsible for the Integration, Process, and Analysis product lines. Additionally, he was responsible for the Virtual Repository, Taxonomy, and Search Services within Vignette V7, the company's flagship Content Management product suite.
Prior to Vignette, Christopher was with Netscape Communications Corporation where he managed a variety of groundbreaking products including Netscape Navigator (Gold), Netscape Media Server, and Netscape Enterprise Server, the company's flagship web application server.

Sumeet Sheokand, Vice President of Engineering

As the head of engineering at X1, Sumeet is focused on integrating new features and applications in the product to solidify X1's position as a leading search software solution.
Sumeet has an extensive background in enterprise software development that has spanned 15 years and includes both Architect and Software Development positions. He came to X1 from the consumer credit division of Experian, Inc. where he was a Sr. Technology Manager. In this role, Sumeet was responsible for designing the next generation of large scale, data warehouse architecture and leading his development team though both development and delivery. Sumeet received his Bachelor of Technology Degree from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India and his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
