If you're using Internet Explorer, there are several possibilities: You may have missed the popup bar appearing toward the top of your window (see screenshot below). If it's there you'll need to click and select "download file" If nothing at all happened, and there is no popup bar present, you will need to add X1.com to your "Trusted Sites": Go to "Tools" menu Select "Internet Options" Click the Security tab at the top Click the "Trusted Sites" icon (you may need to scroll horizontally to find it) Click the "Sites" button Deselect "Require server verification" checkbox In "Add this Website" type x1.com and click "Add" and click "OK" A dialog box should prompt you: "Do you want to run or save this file?" Click "Save" The Internet Explorer Popup Bar:
