Other Support

If you need product support beyond the resources available through Basic Support, consider upgrading to Standard Support by purchasing the X1 Professional Client.

With Standard Support, you gain immediate access to our Customer Care team via a dedicated Support Portal, where you can:

Submit cases to the Customer Care team
Track your open cases and provide feedback
Get a priority response to your initial case submission within 36 hours (on normal business days)
Receive early access to updates, upgrades, and beta programs
