To change your X1 support portal email address:
- Log into the X1 support portal with your old email address.
- Click on the “Account Management” tab.
- Click on the “Change Your Email Address” link.
- Complete the request form to have your portal email address updated.
- Click “Submit Request.”
You will receive a confirmation email from the Customer Care team when your request has been processed (typically within 12 business hours).
