To change your X1 support portal email address:

  1. Log into the X1 support portal with your old email address.
  2. Click on the “Account Management” tab.
  3. Click on the “Change Your Email Address” link.
  4. Complete the request form to have your portal email address updated.
  5. Click “Submit Request.”

You will receive a confirmation email from the Customer Care team when your request has been processed (typically within 12 business hours).
