The PII and Data Health Check™ enables companies to gain immediate insight into the critical data needed to determine readiness to address new privacy laws including the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) and Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). With the PII and Data Health Check, X1 or an X1 service provider will perform a series of functions utilizing the X1 Enterprise Manager enabling the indexing and identification of up to 100 relevant devices to create a local, searchable index of documents and emails. Following indexing, X1 will have the ability to scan the devices using up to 14 PII filters, keywords, and metadata for identification and then provide a “hit” report for the endpoints scanned.
